Some Synteria Labs products, including content management systems, publishing platforms, and automation tools, offer optional integrations with third-party social media and communication platforms.
Supported integrations may include:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Bluesky
- Threads
- Telegram Channels
- Reddit
- Pinterest
- X (formerly Twitter)
- LinkedIn
- Other social media or publishing platforms that may be supported in the future
These integrations are intended solely for authorised users who choose to connect accounts, pages, profiles, channels, communities, boards, or other resources that they own, manage, or are otherwise authorised to access.
When a user connects a supported platform, Synteria Labs may receive and securely store information required to provide the integration, including access tokens, refresh tokens, OAuth credentials, account or page identifiers, channel identifiers, profile information, granted permissions, and other authorisation information provided by the relevant platform.
Depending on the platform, permissions granted by the user, and functionality enabled within the applicable Synteria Labs product, these integrations may be used for:
- Publishing posts, articles, updates, or other content
- Sharing links to published content
- Uploading or publishing images, videos, and other supported media
- Creating and publishing Pins on Pinterest
- Publishing content to Facebook Pages
- Publishing content to Instagram accounts
- Publishing posts to Bluesky
- Publishing posts to Threads
- Sending or publishing messages to Telegram Channels
- Publishing or submitting content to Reddit where supported and authorised
- Publishing content to X
- Publishing content to LinkedIn
- Scheduling content for publication
- Automatically sharing newly published content when explicitly enabled by the user
- Managing social media publishing workflows
- Retrieving limited account, page, profile, board, channel, or other information necessary to configure and operate an integration
Synteria Labs uses connected account credentials and permissions only to provide functionality requested or enabled by the user. Connecting a social media account does not automatically enable publishing or automatic sharing unless the relevant feature is enabled or otherwise initiated by the user.
Users remain responsible for the content they choose to publish and for ensuring that their use of each integration complies with the applicable platform's terms, policies, community guidelines, developer requirements, and applicable laws.
Users may disable automatic publishing, disconnect an integration, or revoke Synteria Labs' access to a connected account at any time through the applicable Synteria Labs product, where supported, or through the relevant third-party platform's account or application settings.
Revoking or disconnecting an integration prevents future authorised actions through that connection, although content previously published to a third-party platform may remain available on that platform until separately removed in accordance with the platform's features and policies.
No visitor information from websites powered by Synteria Labs products is automatically shared with Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, Threads, Telegram, Reddit, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, or other supported social media platforms solely because a site owner has connected a social media publishing integration.
Each third-party platform processes information according to its own privacy policy, terms of service, developer policies, and other applicable policies. Synteria Labs does not control the privacy or data-handling practices of those third-party platforms.
The availability and capabilities of individual integrations may change over time due to changes in third-party APIs, permissions, platform policies, or Synteria Labs products.
